BSides Bangalore collaborates with CyberTalents platform to proudly introduce its first-ever BSides Bangalore Binary Blitz CTF (b5ctf).

This thrilling 24-hour virtual Competition follows a jeopardy-style format and encompasses a wide array of categories such as Reverse Engineering, Web Security, Digital Forensics, Network Security, and more.

Whether you consider yourself a beginner or an expert, there's something exciting in store for you! The CTF offers challenges of different difficulty levels and will take place from 9:00 PM IST on June 3rd until 9:00 PM IST on June 4th.

Follow these steps for b5ctf registration:

1. Create an account on CyberTalents:https://cybertalents.com/register/member
2. Select Country as India in profile section.
3. Go to the CTF webpage: https://cybertalents.com/competitions/bsides-bangalore-binary-blitz-battle-ctf
4. Click on 'Create Team' tab.
5. Write down your team name and click on Submit.
6. Invite your colleagues to go to CTF webpage and click on ' Teams' tab.
7. Let them search your team name and click the button on the right 'Join Team'.
8. Once the CTF starts, go to the ' Challenges' tab to start solving: https://cybertalents.com/competitions/bsides-bangalore-binary-blitz-battle-ctf/challenges

Conditions

• The team can consist of 1 to 4 members.
• All team members must be citizens or residents of India.

Failure to comply with any of the above criteria will result in disqualification from the CTF.

• Sharing the flags between different teams is prohibited.
• Brute Force attacks on the challenges submission portal or challenges links are not allowed.
• Any attack against the site or the hosted servers will be observed and the player will be banned from participating in the CTF immediately.
• Organizers have the permission to disqualify teams for any unethical behavior or any trials to interrupt the CTF.

 Prizes

First Place:

• 25k as a cash prize
• 1-month CyberTalents subscription for each member of the team
• Winner Trophies (Winning team members must be present at BSides Bangalore Conference).

Second Place:

• 15k as a cash prize
• 1-month CyberTalents subscription for each member of the team
• Winner Trophies (Winning team members must be present at BSides Bangalore Conference).

Third Place:

• 10k as a cash prize
• 1-month CyberTalents subscription for each member of the team
• Winner Trophies (Winning team members must be present at BSides Bangalore Conference).

Top 5 Runners up:

• Amazon voucher worth INR-5000.
• Special BSides Bangalore Goodies.

Participants:

• All participants of the CTF will receive participation certificates.
