Description

Held on the sidelines of the FDC Summit, CyberTalents is organizing the FDC CTF, a unique cybersecurity competition held on the sidelines of the summit and open to cybersecurity talents across Egypt, allowing you to showcase your skills, challenge yourself, and compete for recognition.

Whether you're a student just starting your cybersecurity journey, a cybersecurity enthusiast, or an experienced professional, the FDC CTF offers exciting challenges designed to test your knowledge and problem-solving skills.

The CTF will be a Jeopardy-style CTF where every team will have a list of challenges in different categories like Reverse Engineering, Web Security, Digital Forensics, Network Security, and others. 

For every challenge solved, the team will get a certain number of points depending on the difficulty of the challenge. The team that gets the highest score at the end of the day will be the winning team.

Conditions

Only talents from Egypt who are shortlisted from the qualification round are allowed to participate.

Rules concerning the platform are included.

• Sharing the flags between different teams is prohibited.
• Brute-force attacks on the challenges submission portal or challenges links are not allowed.
• Any attack against the site or the hosted servers will be observed, and the player will be banned from participating in the CTF immediately.
• Organizers are permitted to disqualify teams for any unethical behavior or attempt to interrupt the CTF.
• Use of AI tools, including but not limited to AI assistants, LLMs, and AI agents, is strictly prohibited during the CTF
